Never connects to server

Tried to sync the app and downloads the comics I bought, but it just hangs and says"error cannot connect to dark horse servers, please try again in a few minutes." I have tried several times to sync with the same results. The site recommended clearing the cache and resetting the data, I did and after restarting my iPad and start the app it just has a loading symbol, spinning and spinning. THE APP DOESNT DO ANYTHING WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP
