I am really enjoying the new store layout.

This app for Dark Horse comics is an excellent comic reading app. While you buy the comics through their website, once purchased your comics show up in the "cloud" screen and with a tap you can download them to the device for reading. The settings are pretty basic and allow for smooth transitions between frames and pages and zooming is very easy. Recommended for easy reading of your DH comics.

It does the job but does not compare to Comixology. It lacks the features and ease; however, if you want the Dark Horse titles in digital format, its the only option we have.

Easy access to many hundreds of spectacular comics, need a large screen to read em best unfortunately

Its a good enough comics reader, but showing all of your purchased issues of every series on the main screen is an eyesore. Needs to group/organize issues by series, similar to Comixology. Please fix ASAP!

Dark Horse Comics is the superior comic book company. Their books are intelligent, interesting, different and compelling. Their digital reader is awesome and their downloads are fast and look great. And also their bundles for sale on their digital webpage are affordable and great.

Dark Horses app is quite slow. It requires long loading times and has to download the shops content each time the app is opened, as well as the covers for the comics you have downloaded in your library. Its odd and time consuming. The panel-by-panel reading is also pretty clunky, not nearly as smooth as Comixologys guided view. I wish there was a "view whole page" option after going through each panel on a page like there is on Comixology. The prices are fair, though, and the catalog seems to have most (maybe all) of Dark Horses comics available for purchase. I do like their smaller bundles of four comics; Comixologys bundles are always an entire run or a collected edition, both of which are basically as expensive as buying individual issues. I dont know why Dark Horse doesnt sell through Comixology, but I really wish they would. This app is awful in comparison, but I like the Mass Effect comics enough to deal with it, I suppose.

I like that you can purchase from the app or from the website, but shouldnt there be a discount if you purchase from the website since there isnt an Apple Tax? Navigation is great, no buts here. Catalog is great, no buts here either. Managing content is great, but a little cumbersome if your collection runs in the hundreds. Downloading is great for viewing within the app, but being able to download titles to your computer would be better.

I had trouble with accessing a purchased comic once and when I called I spoke to a human immediately and they fixed the error very quickly and were super nice about it. Ive bought a lot of books through here and the app has renewed my love of comics!!

I downloaded this app just for The Witcher comics, and from those alone I can say that this app, as well as the comics writing and art, are fantastic and done very well for the small screen of an iPhone. A++

Wouldnt download purchases, but once I logged out then back in, it was fine.

This app functions well as a basic comic book reader, combined with a storefront for buying comics. It allows you to store your content on the web, but requires you to download any of the comics that youre reading. Both the store and the reader have room for improvement, but for what it does, this is a very stable app that offers customers a positive and simple gateway into Dark Horse Comics extensive catalogue of comics!

Wonderful app. Missing one key series in my opinion: Berserk. While physical copies are available, it would be really nice to have also digital copies.

The app is fairly decent for reading comics. But the real appeal is not the app itself but the high quality of the digital versions of heir comics that Dark Horse has for sale.

App used to be glitchy, now its not! Convenient in-app purchases. Great job!

The Dark Horse app is very simple to use. Its extremely convenient having such a large library of comics at my disposable.

As a Conan fan since the early 70s I am so glad to see Dark Horse in the digital arena with the rest. It all works smoothly on my iPod Touch. I love the special touches like artists signatures in the background. This is very close to a five star for me if they could get "The Savage Sword of Conan" series included, that would do it ! Ok ! You got the Savage Sword Now ! Fantastic ! keep them coming ! 5 star ! Update: Love reading these on my iPad now. Enjoying every new read !
